Chaos Overload
The new Tzeench daemons called Screamers (the Stingray-like ones recently pictured on The Keep Online) are apparently a skirmisher (no surprise there) and there can be 3-20 of them per unit. I'm told they have a special attack that deals S6 worth of damage per Screamer to any unit they float over.
Flamers of Tzeentch have been changed so they are attached to units of Horrors similiar to the way Skaven Censer Bearers are to Plague Monks.
Daemons now work out combat resolutions kind of like Undead units. For every point you lose the roll by you lose a daemon, but even worse - if you roll over 10 the unit in its entirity vanishes.
And Chaos Hounds will be getting new models and should come with M7, S3 and T3.
Marauders will play a more important role in the game and will have new plastic models.
There are, as my source put it, unconfirmed rumours (but then surely there's no other kind - "confirmed rumours" is an oxymoron)apparently Dragon Ogres and Chaos Trolls will not be included in the new army list.
Spawn are rare choices and can be made Beasts of Nurgle (presumably at extra cost) which makes them poisonous.
One unit of Warriors and Knights can be made "Chosen" giving them +1A and Chaos Armor. Chaos Knights also no longer have lances and only have one attack but they always have strength 5 so who's complaining?
Archaon is apparently extremely powerful, costing somewhere around a phenomenal 850 points. I'm told he causes terror, can have 10 attack at strengh 5, ward save 3+ and a lot more.

Wood Elf Arrows
Seems that the imminent White Dwarf preview list may give Wood Elves different kinds of arrows that they can fire each turn. My source claims they'll have arrows with poison arrowheads, extra range (32"), a -1 save mod and possibly others. All Wood Elves with long bows, characters or otherwise, will apparently get this choice of arrow types each time they shoot.
