schlußendlich konnte ich mein motivationsloch überwinden und somit präsentiere ich Librarium Rumourus - Gerüchte Volume 2!
Librarium Rumourus - Gerüchte vol. 1 - Archiv
laßt uns mit kleinen infos beginnen...
Quelle portent/brimstone, big thx!
Cadian High Commander & Staff
Ahrimans Chosen - A Cabal of Sorcerors said to improve the rather poor Thousand Sons army.
abschließend ein interview mit Andy Hoare, dank an philbrad
interview with Andy Hoare.

These questions are for Andy Hoare. I ask them knowing it may not be
possible to answer, but inquiring minds want to know.
Will the Kroot Mercenary Army receive a rules update or rules changes
in the near future?
Will the Kroot Mercenary Army be included in the upcoming Tau Codex?
Did you have a hand in changing Angkhor Prok's rules so that he may
be included in a Kroot Mercenary Army?
From the hobby aspect, I really enjoy working on my Kroot. There are many conversions I've done to make a KMA really stand out.
From the game aspect, there are some rules I'm eager to see addressed
to make the KMA more appropriate for Grand Tournaments and Rogue
Trader Tournaments - such as the use of Jungle Fight rules required
for Stalker Kindred and Punji Traps. The use of the Jungle rules are
fine for friendly games, but haven't been allowed at GTs or the RTTs
I've participated in. This means my Stalkers have to mingle with
their clumsier Carnivore kin, a fact my Stalkers are not too fond of.
I have a beautiful 1000 point force that is quickly growing to 1850,
and the Krootlings are really excited about attending a GT when one
comes around again. I would hate to tell the Stalker Kindred that
they could come, but they would have to stay on the sidelines. It
also means I'll have to buy steaks to soothe their wounded pride (and
those guys can easily eat twice their own weight in raw, choice-cut
cow flesh).
Anyway, I thank you for reading! The Krootlings appreciate it.
AH: I'm pretty sure that Forge World aren't planning on adding anything to the Kroot list in Taros, though I'd certainly expect to see some updating of the existing rules for Knarlocs and such.

There are rumors that Codex: Tau will follow Codex: Black Templars towards the end of the year as GW switches back to producing three Codecies pre year. Again, those are the rumors.
AH :This 2 or 3 codexes a year thing isn't set in stone - its just the way things pan out year by year - don't read too much into perceived patterns.
While I'm not looking for confirmation of that particular rumor, I
would like to know if the GW Development staff will be revisiting the
KMA list or making any changes for 4th Edition. I'm not looking for
a timeline, but my Krootlings would sleep better knowing they can
look forward to a day when they are a stand alone army list that
doesn't require optional rules and materials from different Codecies
(even if said materials are now available for free). And that's not
a stab at GW - I just really want units that don't
require "optional" or "opponent consent" rules.
AH: I've been planning an update for a while - its just a matter of getting the time to develop it and of relaeasing it at the appropriate time. The only 'opponent's consent' stuff in their is the use of FW models, and there's nothing I can do about that I'm afraid.
Thanks for reading. My Krootlings send their best.
AH :You'r very welcome, say hi to the nippers

hier der original text mit noch ein paar kleinen details mehr:
BT: Expect to have some new sprues. A BT sprue for the plastic troops. Assault Termie sprue and plastic scouts are expected to be released with/for the BT, though they can be used generically. Expect metal support similar to the Ultras. A few characters, etc. Per Pete, each subcodex is going to allow fleshing out a generic SM unit. BT's will give some Chaplain models, including a new Termi chaplain. Vows cost points. They mentioned that Chicago will see some BT minis in the seminar...can't focus on Tyranids then. Expect more news at Chicago.
Templars follow Tyranids.
And Tau follow Templars. SO I gathered from the folks at GD. Tau provided an opportunity to get a quick full Codex in, with some new models, without impacting the bigger projects much. So they took it.
Some speculation. It's pretty simply. The guys can't answer a lot, so you ask leading questions and get a feel for the process. Long story short, projects are not equal. The Codex following Templars was something they could do in the short time allotted, so they did it. Based on their comments, I expect the major redo (the big project) to be Eldar next year. Jes is keenly excited to get back there. I expect Orks to be the big project the year after that. BOTH Jes and Pete are aware that Orks and Eldar have waited the longest and need major work. They will fit in smaller redos where they can.
Next Marine subcodex: also major speculation by me. Pete used Blood Angels as an example several times in our chat and the seminar. I'd expect BA next year. He and Jes both mentioned SW were a while away, so I'd expect DA in 2007, squeezed in.
DISCLAIMER: This is all speculation. They told me none of this, I merely inferred it from our talks. Would I put money on it? Yes. Did they confirm anything after BT...no.
Forgeworld: Done with Tau and the Elysians, but may do some Elysian CHARACTERS.
That covers the Taros book.
Volume 4 will be Tyranids and Jungle/Outposts warfare.
Volume 5 will be sieges, with Siege dreads, Daemon Enginers, and maybe some Adeptus Mech. war machines
Keeper of Secrets has been designed out, and sculpting will start now. Expect it in the fall.
There are more Chapter Termi pads in the works. They showed them. They were asked about standard pads, and said that'd be worked out between them and GW (which means no, we won't get them from either, I am sure)
They want to do character vehicle conversions, and are specifically working on a "Chaplain" Rhino, with bits and bobs to make the Rhino a suitable Chaplain carrier. More to follow that.
Chimera armor was mentioned specifically. Expect that in the next year.
viel spaß +D+
