The movie is a follow-up to Spurlock's "Super Size Me" and is about the filmmakers hunt for the most wanted man in the world.

The hunt for the Al Qaeda leader takes him to Egypt, Morocco, Israel, Saudi Arabia, Afghanistan and Pakistan. Along the way Spurlock forms a picture of the Middle Eastern populations whose fates are inextricably intertwined with those in the United States.
