"Der Trupp" darf wechseln... also verlieren alle Sprumo, dann kannst du sie splitten und nur 5 ni den Pod setzen.
Die andern 5 laufen dann allerdings...

Hm, wenn du zehn sturmtruppler nimmst und die kampftrupp regel anwendest, könntest du dann nicht 2 "gratis" drop pods nehmen? (nur so ein gedanke )
=> AB erlaubt es, keine ahnung obs auch im Codex erlaubt ist.

Sie reduzieren sich nicht, sie erhöhen sich auch nicht, egal ob man nun ein Rhino oder einen Drop Pod nimmt.

Dumm ist nur wenn man das mit einm 10er macht, da zahlt man auch für die zweiten 5 mann die Sprumos, kriegt aber nix geschenkt dafür

reduzieren sich die kosten für die sturmtruppler?
ansonsten seh ich da kein problem..ist wie die alte TK= eine einheit,die keine SP kostet..in dem fall halt DP/rhino,das nichts kostet,aber auch nie(!) punkte irgendwo dazu bringt(punktende einheit..was in dem fall eh nicht gegeben ist da transporter^^)

Anm. d. Red.: hab das so ins Bolter and Chainsword gestellt, und bin um diese Zeit echt zu müde das nochmal abzuklopfen.
Wenns wen so unglaublich stört, dass er es nicht aushält, darf er sich gerne über geltendes Copyright hinwegsetzen und das Klump übersetzen :P

Assault Squads (125) can Exchange Jumppacks (JP) for Rhinos (35 in the list) or Drop Pods (DP, 50 in the list) for no additional cost.
This leads to some gutwrenching math concernig Victory Points (VP)

Assault Squad that exchanges JPs for Rhino is worth the 125 it costs.
Assault Squad that exchanges JPs for a Drop Pod is wort 140, yet costs 125.

So, how are VPs calculated?

You destroy the DP (50) but the Squad is unharmed and takes an objective.
With how many points do they score?

125, since thats what the Squad cost?
But then how much do you get for the DP?
125 for the squad and 50 for their pod = 175, yet they cost 125.
90 (Squad with Rhino deducted, which is same as TacSquad) and 50 for the Pod?
Still totals at 140, for a cost of 125.
75, since the Pod is 50 by the list?

If 75, then how much do you score for the 2nd Assault Squad who came in by a rhino, that is destroyed with the Squad at full strength taking an objective?
is that Squad 75 too?
Its the same damn Squad, so how much does each of them score?

What if you kill them all?
125 they cost?
90 + 50 they represent?

same can be played again with a full squad, then with combat squads...

In this way, you can fit 1545 points into a 1500 opint list (or just +45 points in every list) since DPs are 15 more points than Rhinos which you do not have to pay.

on a side note.....

Why does only the first half of a squad benefit from the exchange?
I still pay full cost for the second half, but do not get anything in exchange, since the cost is covered by the first half only.
Or is it possible to have one half exchange their JPs and the other half dont?
I dont think so, since it doesnt say so anywhere in the dex, but its one possibility...
