"super burst" of the riptide is S6 ap4 heavy8 range 36 when not charged, and heavy 12 when it is. (plus some other ability, I think rending), pretty sweet.

65(!!!) base broadside, the missiles can be taken for free, its just a 4-shot missile pod though. and the heavy rail rifle shoots to 60 rather then 72.

hammerhead with built-in railgun is only 125 points, submunition being 5 point upgrade. free change to ion.
Ion cannon (non-riptide) same as old, but chan overcharge for S8 AP3 large blast (might be better then rail actually)

I will translate a few things, that I think sound quite believable.
So, Pulscarbines are rumoured to have gained a shot, as well as pulsecannons.
Fusionblasters shall have received a buff to their range.
The Razorshark Iongun has 4 shots at missile pod strength, and fires a large blast in overload mode, that threatens terminators.
Units:
Crisissuit base cost less than now.
Riptide below 200 Points, weapons included.
Hammerhead cost with Ion same as with Railgun. Ioncannon buffed.
Wargear:
Grav inhibitor drone reduces charge distance between 1-3 inches.
Wargear to let drones fire with user bs.
Drones are not lost, if controller dies.
MOOOOOOOOOOOORE:
Kroot are cheaper, gain sniper weapons, but lose a point in strength.
Burst Cannon gained another shot.
Riptide is not 0-1, BS3 W5
Fire Warriors are a point cheaper.
XV8s are 3 points cheaper, still BS3.
Fusion Blaster is now 18".
Pulse Rifles gain sniper?
so the riptide ion acelerator 3 profiles:

Overcharge 8-2 Pieplate Heavy 1, gets hot

a lot of our old weapons had their ranges increased by 6" such as the fusion blaster and SMS.

Grav inhibitor and Pulse accelerator drones are Pathfinder only by the look of things, however missile drones are not - looks like Firewarriors can just pick from the list of drones and choose the artillery drones.
Firewarriors remain as they are only with a drop of points to 9, and the Shas'ui can get a markerlight/TL.
Yes the bomb from the bomber is S5 AP5. And yes, it works similarly to the Tervigon, just a different rolling mechanism.
Markerlights serve three functions now:
1 counter can be spent to increase BS by 1 (can be done multiple times)
2 counters can be spent to grant the Ignores Cover rule to your shooting
1 counter can be spend to launch a seeker missile
Translated another line and found the stats of the Seeker Missiles. 72" range, Str 8, AP 3, Heavy 1. 8 points each.
Speaking of Jink Saves.. if the Skyray does indeed get Skyfire, does that make it lightly more useful in the role of an AA tank considering it can land Markerlight counters on flyers to strip any chance they could get to Evade!
Ethereals seem interesting now. It seems that at the start of the movement phase you can choose one of 4 things, and all tau units other than vehicles get that. They are:
- Stubborn
- All pulse weapons gain an additional shot at models within half their range
- 6+ feel no pain
- Can fire snap shots after running
