No problem, just drop by. Erich is our other WM/HD newbie - but if you've read the whole prime MKII book, you may already be ahead of him ;).

I'd recommend to start with smaller games (~15 pts or battlebox) if you have no game experience yet. Once you know the basics of your warcaster, you can move on to larger games.

Yeah I've found this Wow Keepers Club and there I saw they have a Clublokal here.
When anybody from that lokal doesn't play WM/H I have no choice I have to go to Vienna.
The problem is, I know the game for some years circa, but I've started to collect about half year ago. Until today I've just collected some minis and painted them. I've learned the rules from the book (prime MKII) also, but I have zero game experience.
That's beacuse sadly I'm absolute beginner for the tournaments that Aplha wrote, but later (not too later as i want) I would like to go tournaments of course!
Thanks for let me know about which topic I have to use for looking some players!
If really no one here in Krems who plays WM/H and if some of you guys have no problem, to help a beginner getting up some game experience I would go sometime to your club to Vienna with pleasure!

When did you start playing Warmachine?

I saw your post in the Krems subforum.
There are no active Warmachine & Hordes players in Krems, as far as I know. Some of the wargamers in Krems might have some models but they don't have that much play experience.

We have quite a bunch of Warmachine & Hordes players in our gaming club in Vienna. You are very welcome to visit us if you are willing to travel to Vienna. It is aproximately a 1 hour journey from Krems to Vienna by train and approximately 20 minutes by subway (from Spittelau to Johnstraße).

I know the guys in Krems quite well. So let me know if you have any troubles getting in touch with them.

Hi! The "Warmachine/Hordes" section seems right ;). There's a subforum for gamers in Krems, but I don't know if they're playing WM out there.

If you're willing to travel to Vienna, there's a tabletop club called "WoW - World of Warhammer", which has a clubnight every wednesday. Usually, the club is also open on fridays (just watch the boards, and pick up some German for deciphering the threads ). Just drop by, or post in the "looking for a game" thread which appears every week (this week: Mi. 15.01.2014).

Additionally, you've arrived just in time for the Viennese Masters (tabletopturniere.de/at/t3_tournament.php?tid=11095) and/or the Viennese Masters preparation tournament (tabletopturniere.de/at/t3_tournament.php?tid=11489) which is also used to raise funds for technical equipment for our local podcast crew.

First sorry, but I didn't find the right topic for my question.
Second sorry too for writing english, I live in Österreich and Im just learning the language slowly.
Im relatively new in tabletop wargames, I just started play warmachine and I would like to find some other players in my area. This site looks the right place.
I live in Krems, Niederösterreich. If anyone knows about other players here I would thank all of informations about it!
