Thanks for your email! I've had a look at this for you, and it is a bit confusing how the description of the Icon of Rakaph is written.

It would appear on first glance that that the free reform the Icon gives can only be used at the start of the Movement phase. However, if you read the description of the Incantation of Urgency on page 35 of the Tomb King army book, it does state that the Incantation of Urgency allows the unit it is cast on to make its normal move, exactly like in the Movement phase. This means that the unit with the Icon of Rakaph can indeed use its free refrom, move, then move again with the Incantation of Urgency.

This is not all, you can in fact use the free reform, move, reform again for free and move when the Incantation is cast!

Na das ist typisch GW. Sie fragt fuer mich nach und was hab ich davon.. mal wieder das Gegenteil von dem was ich dachte.

Wie war denn deine ursprüngliche Anfrage?

Na ja.. eigentlich war ich immer der Meinung man koenne die Standarte nicht einsetzen. Somit ist die Standarte 100 Punkte wert und nicht 40
Es geht hier um die Magiephase. Ob man die Standarte nochmal verwenden darf.

Ja so habe ich Rachel auch verstanden, ziemlich heftig.
Dazu muss man allerdings sagen das Rachel keine Regelspezialistin ist (ich habe sie in Nottingham kennengelernt) und deswegen bin ich mir nicht sicher ob du dich auf diese Aussage verlassen kannst!?

Tatsächlich bin ich eher (genau wie du?) der Meinung das die freie Neuformierung (wie beschrieben) nur in der Bewegungsphase, vor dem Ansagen von Angriffen, gemacht werden darf.

Durch die Incantation darf sich die entsprechende Einheit bewegen "genau wie in der Bewegungsphase", dadurch wird aber aus der Magiephase (in der wir uns zu diesem Zeitpunkt befinden) noch lange keine Bewegungsphase, außerdem ist die zweite Einschränkung "vor dem Ansagen von Angriffen" auch nicht erfüllt.

Das ist eben sowas bloedes. Ich kann mir vorstellen das sie wollten das man es kann. Sie koennen es auch anders gemeint haben. Man kann beides argumentieren. Ich weiss nicht. Ohne ist das ding schon stark. Aber so wie ich es mitbekommen habe hat sie nachgefragt und nicht selber entschieden. Ist so ein bloeder Streitfall.

btw: kleine Frage am Rande. Gibts ne bestimmte GW-mailadresse-für-Regelfragen, oder muss man GW leuts kennen um da mal genauer nachfragen zu können.
denn mir liegen da doch n paar Fragen am Herzen, die auch hier im Forum nicht wirklich geklärt werden konnten
