The tournament will be held on the 12th and 13th of March 2011 in Ljubljana, Tobacna ulica 5. (Same place as the KMK - for those who are familiar with it).

*We will probably order pizzas on one day and something else on the other.

We can also organize a hostel for you. (20? per night) If you need accommodation, please say so in your tournament registration or we?ll assume you?ll take care of it yourself.

Registration

You must have a team partner to register for the tournament. Only one member of the team registers both players! Send your registration to turnirji@wh-slo.com including the following information:

Your team mates name and surname:
Your team mates army:
Do you (and your team mate) want to sleep in the hostel: YES or NO
If YES, for which nights do you need accommodation?

You must also send both your army lists to the same address.

The deadline for registrations and army lists is the 6th of March 2011!

Rules

-Models don?t need to be painted, but they must be assembled and glued to the appropriate base. Proxies are not allowed!

-Deployment: deploy the armies as if they were one army.

-The games will be played on 4?x 8? tables.

-We will use open rosters.

-All 5 games will be played by the battleline scenario rules from the rulebook.

Army restrictions

- The army of one player cannot exceed 1500 points. Unused points in one army cannot be used in the other army!

- Team mates have to choose two different armies. Which armies can work together is defined in the table below.

- Both armies must be built according to the 8th edition Warhammer rule book.

-There is only 1 general for both armies. It must be the character with the highest Ld value, but it cannot be the BSB. Both armies can use his inspiring presence. The army, that is left without the general, chooses one character with the highest Ld as its commander (he can also be the BSB), who has the inspiring presence rule (range 6?), that can only be used by units of his own army.

- There is only 1 BSB for both armies. Both armies can use its rerolls in 12?.

-Only 1/3 (rounded down) of the units in one army can have ranged weapons with a range of 24? or more. Characters and chariots don?t count, but war machines do. (Example: the army has 6 units of which a maximum of 2 units can have ranged weapons with a range of 24? or more)

-Maximum 3 units/characters with the flying special rule per team.

-No special and rare choice repetitions.

-No special or named characters.

-Each common magic item can only be used once in both allied armies.

-Power scroll and Book of Hoeth are banned.

Game play

-Characters can only join units from their own army.

-Panic: Units from allied armies cause panic in each other. (Except for units that don?t normally cause panic, like Empire detachments)

-Winds of magic: Both players roll one die and add the result together for PD. The higher of the two results represent the number of DD for the opponents. Everything else goes as if it was only one army.



T ? Trusted Allies ? the armies can work together as per the rules above.

U ? Untrusted Allies ?the armies can work together, but with the following additions/modifications to the rules above:

- when deployed, the units from different armies cannot be closer than 6''.
-The generals inspiring presence works only for units of his own army. The allied army has to rely on its commander.
The BSB has its range reduced to 6? for the allied army.
- Units from allied armies never cause panic in each other. But a dangerous terrain check must be made for a model that flees through an allied unit, just like fleeing through enemy units.

X ? Armies cannot work together.
