      Hello all,

      i would like to invite you all to Warhammer tournament in Slovenina.
      The Tournament will be held in Ljubljana, approximately at the middle of the November.
      Detailed information will be provided in the coming days!
      All questions are welcome, so please ask or coment the rules below, i thank you in advance and hope we will see you in Ljubljana .
      This are the rules:

      KMK AC
      I. General Restrictions:
      • 2500 Points
      • Open lists
      • No Special or Named Characters.
      • Army used can be any of the currently published GW Army books. Forge World based army lists & units may not be used on the event, except for Chaos Dwarves.
      • No unit can cost over 400 points (characters and their mounts are NOT included in this limit), detachments don’t count
      • No unit can have more than 40 models
      • No army can have more than ONE wizard from the Lords section of the Army Book
      • All units of warmachine type are 0-1; except Bolt Throwers (of all types) which are 0-2, max 4 warmachines
      • No army can have more than 3 template weapons/attacks (Cannons are template weapons). One use only items do not count
      • Ranged template weapons/attacks are those that can be used in the shooting phase
      • No army can have more than 45 models with ranged weapons of range 24“ or more( chariots and characters do NOT count towards this limit, no matter what ranged weapon they have (magical, mundane...)
      • No army can have more than 15 models with scout rule
      • Maximum of 4 units with fly special rule (including characters)
      • A maximum of 3 identical core choices may be taken (regardless of equipment and other upgrades)
      • A maximum of 3 models with the Thunderstomp special rule


      II. Items:
      The following common item is banned:
      • Folding watchtower


      III. Magic Restrictions:
      • An army may use up to 12 PD during each phase.
      • You may have units/abilities that actually would generate more than 2 extra dice(PD or DD), but any excess dice are lost
      • Player can use maximum 5 PD to cast a spell. For death & shadow spells this max is lowered to 4 power dice.
      • Characters will get "look out sir" versus the following spells that automatically kill models or automatically remove an entire regiment: Dwellers Below, Final Transmutation, Dreaded 13th, Infernal Gateway 11-12 effect. Normal requirements for lookout sir apply.
      • Max one autodispel item


      VI. Special restrictions and exceptions:
      Beasts of Chaos:
      • Maximum of 6 chariot models of any type
      • Replace Beastmen Ambush special rule with Ambush special rule from the rulebook
      • Herdstone Shard is impassable terrain and can only be placed on open terrain (it must no be more than 60mm in diameter)
      • +100points


      Bretonnia:
      • Maximum of 1 model with Heroic Killing blow per army
      • Pegasus knights 0-2
      • Rare shooting units 0-2


      Chaos Dwarfs:
      • Hellcannon, Iron daemon are each 0-1.
      • Iron daemon, kdai destroyer count as warmachines
      • Can take max 3 of the following: Str. 5 shooting templates, Kdai destroyer Chalice or Sorcerer Prophet
      • Lore of Hashut can be cast with max 4 PD


      Daemons of Chaos:
      • Soulgrinder 0-1
      • All banners are considered to be Magic Items (no duplication)
      • If the Herald carries a banner worth more than 50 points than he cannot select any daemonic gift
      • No Daemonic gift may be doubled
      • Bloothirster cannot select Immortal Fury Daemonic Gift
      • Siren Song may only be selected by Keeper of Secrets


      Dark Elves:
      • Max 35 Repeater Crossbows count
      • Maximum number of Shades is 10
      • War Hydra 0-1
      • Dreadlord/Master on Dark Pegasus 0-1
      • No Gift of Khaine may be doubled
      • Banned: Pendant of Kaeleth


      Dwarfs:
      • Gyrocopter does not count as a war machine
      • The army may include up to two of the following: Rune of Spellbreaking, Spelleater Rune


      Empire:
      • Steam Tank 0-1, it also counts as a warmachine
      • Max 20 Repeater Handgunners
      • Maximum number of Demigryph Knights models in the army is 6


      High Elves:
      • Banned: Book of Hoeth

      Lizardmen:
      • Salamander hunting pack unit 0-1
      • Maximum of 30 Skink Skirmishers
      • Scar Veteran on Cold One 0-2
      • The army may include only one of the following: Focused Rumination, Becalming Cogitation, Cupped Hands of the Old Ones
      • Stegadons of any type 0-2 [including character mount(s)]


      Ogre Kingdoms:
      • Maneaters with Vanguard and/or Scout special rule count as 3 scouts, if they have Sniper special rule with either of the above mentione rules they count as 4 scouts
      • Banned: Hellheart
      • Greedyfist on death mage is forbidden
      • Ironblaster 0-1
      • Mournfang Cavalry 0-2 (Maximum of 6 models in the army)
      • Maximum of 15 Ogres armed with Leadbelcher Cannon, Ogre Pistol and/or Brace of Ogre Pistols


      Orcs and Goblins:
      • Maximum of 6 chariot models of any type
      • Roll 1 on Animosity table can be re-rolled
      • Goblin Shamans mushroom dice do not count as power dice in regard to the PD limit
      • Up to 4 Spear Chuckkas


      Skaven:
      • All Skaven rare choices 0-1
      • Gutter runners are limited by 2 units, 15 models total
      • Can take max 2 of the following: doom rocket, brass orb, storm banner
      • Plague Furnace don’t count as template weapon


      Tomb Kings:
      • Banned: Neffera's Plaques of Mighty Incantations
      • Shpinx(Necrosphinx/WarShpinx) 0-2 [including character mount(s)]
      • Units with "Entombed Beneath the Sands" special rule may choose not to use the special rule and be deployed normally. They must choose this before deployment starts.


      Vampire Counts:
      • All rare choices are 0-1
      • Quickblood and Red Fury may not be doubled
      • Spirit Host 0-2
      • Max number of ethereal units (including characters) is 4
      • Max number of units (including characters) with Banshee Swarm, Death Shriek and Ghostly Howl special rule is 3
      • Maximum number of Black Knights in a unit is 10
      • Up to two wizards from the Lords section of the Army Book may be included into the army, but second Lord Wizard can be max level 2


      Warriors of Chaos:
      • Hellcannon 0-1
      • Warshrine 0-1
      • Chosen Champion cannot select Favour of the Gods magic item


      Wood Elves:
      • Units my cost up to 500 pts
      • There is no limit on number of models with Scout special rule
      • Only models with Glade Guard Longbows special rule count for the maximum number of shooters in the army
      • Up to 50 Glade Guard Longbows
      • +100points


      Monster Mash:

      • The following monsters get a 50pts reduction:

      Abyssal terror, all Giants, all Daemon Princes, Shaggoth, Wyvern, Jabberslythe, Cygor, Manticore, Carnosaur, Forest dragon, Arachnarork, Dragon Mage, Hippogryph, Necrosphinx, Griffon, Ghorgon, Zombie Dragon, Stonehorn, Vermin Lord(100pts)


      Simple Line of Sight:

      The True Line of Sight rules (TLoS) as presented in the 8th edition rulebook will not be used. Instead, Simple Line of Sight (SLoS) will be used.

      All units and terrain pieces are divided into the following three categories.
      • Blocking: Hills, Buildings and impassable terrain.
      These block Line of Sight, even to other blocking terrain (You can't see through it).
      • Non-Blocking: Rivers, marshes and swarms.
      Does not block Line of Sight (You can see through them/it).
      • Interfering: All other terrain and units.
      Does not block Line of Sight (You can see through them/it).

      • If you shoot through interfering units or terrain there is a -2 to hit penalty, only -1 for woods and cornfields (never cumulative).
      • If shooting at a large target, units in buildings or on hills there are no to hit modifiers for interfering or non-blocking terrain or units, unless it is an interfering wood.
      • When such a unit is doing the shooting there are no to hit penalties for interfering or non-blocking units or terrain, other than interfering woods.


      II. Scoring
      Victory points scored as per the rulebook, with the exceptions that:
      - units that are at 25% or less of their original models yield 50% VP's to the opponent (characters, monsters and handlers, war machines and single models are unaffected).
      -units that are fleeing at the end of the battle yield 50% VP's to the opponent.

      In both cases, bonuses (for generals, banners, etc.) are not counted towards the 50%. Units that are both: fleeing and at/below ¼ strength still only yiled 50% VP’s.

      • 0-150 Victory-Points difference - 10-10
      • 151-300 - 11-9
      • 301-450 - 12-8
      • 451-600 - 13-7
      • 601-750 - 14-6
      • 751-900 – 15-5
      • 901-1050 – 16-4
      • 1051-1200- 17-3
      • 1201-1350- 18-2
      • 1351-1500-19-1
