how many games : 5
2 on Friday, 2 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday so you can all return home in time for work on Monday
format (we will use etc new one waiting for vote result 21 September)
where : we are a part of a gaming convention

in Zagreb, Croatia (EU, id is ok for eu nationals)
cost : TOTAL 29.5 EURO PER PLAYER, non players and coaches only pay 11.5 euro entry.
wtc costs are paid on pay pal in amount of 18 euro,
gaming convention pass for 5 days is paid on site and is 11.5 euro(payable in local currency)
food not included (you will find meals from 1,5 to 5 euros in immediate proximity of gaming tables)
Terrain:
we will use Croatia terrain + Novi Sad ETC reserve as needed, we will
use terrain templates as defined by ETC workgroup on the topic
Referee : Head ref Athenys, we have a significant budget to refund refs and will arrange proper crew
We have big support from etc chairman as this event will serve as test bed for future etc events
registration is open until 18.9.2015.
For now we should have 8 national teams confirming and our goal is 12 to 15 teams, we are accepting mercenaries teams also, so if u want to try etc and have 5 friends, form a team and register.

apartments for the whole team of 6
are from 80 Euro to 140 Euro from Thursday till Sunday
hostels for the whole team of 6
for 3 double rooms are from 120 E to 160 E from Thursday till Sunday
hotels 3 stars for the whole team
for 3 double rooms from 400 E to 550 E from Thursday till Sunday.

are going to arrange better prices for registered teams in some of
these places, send me a request for accommodation so I can arrange it
for you.
Zagreb is Croatia capitol with reasonable prices and
friendly English speaking natives, beer in a bar in the centre is 2
euro, pizza in a pizzeria is 5 euro.
