Dunkelelfen Gerüchte

Die neuen Modelle gefallen mir gut, vor allem die Echsen. Nur die Hydra finde ich furchtbar.

Also die Ritter sehen sehr gut aus imo, nur die Hydra gefällt mir auch überhaupt nicht.

Die Köpfe der Hydra erinnern mich sehr stark an irgendwetwas anderes aber mir fällt nicht ein was...irgendwo kommen Viecher vor die fast gleich aussehen...

ich tippe mal auf tyraniden. die köpfe sehen etwas aus wie die neuen zoantrophen. die haben auch so einen knochenschild hinten am kopf auch aus mehreren schichten und spitz zulaufend.

Nein ist mir jetzt gerade eingefallen die Köpfe erinnern mich an den Kroot Vogel



Aber passt alles nicht zum Thema , also zurück zu den DEs

hehe auch nicht schlecht. allerdings sieht die hydra schon besser aus als die aktuelle muss ich ja sagen. nicht mehr so klein und mickrig.

Lots of little bits from what I remember:

Everyone gets Hatred, and Eternal Hatred against High Elves

Lokir Felheart, the Corsair hero, get an extra attack per rank bonus
Kouran, acts as a unit champion and makes the Black Guard unbreakable
Tullaris, the Executioner champion, is a bit of a paper tiger, just make sure he strikes first, and you're almost guaranteed a dead Character
Malekith, is in but the Destroyer and Hand of Khaine are now one weapon, that takes away magic levels too

On the magic item side,
There are Hydras Teeth which can be used as a stand and shoot reaction, causing D6 S3 hits per tooth used, you get 5 to start with.
A nifty little Ward save that is the inverse of their strength. So, if you get hit by a strength 2 hit, roll equal or less than the strength to block the attack, but a 6 always fails. So for S6+ you have a 5- Ward Save
Web of Shadows is in
The Draich give +2 S on the charge, striking at initiative, and subsequently +1 S
Gifts of Khaine don't count against magic weapon allowance any more

For magic,
All the spells are back, plus one that creates extra power dice, but if you don't use those dice, you take wounds

Units
Executioners, do NOT auto wound, in fact they haven't really changed at all
Black Guard are Stubborn and Immune to Psychology
Witches are sick, and can really be bolstered by the Cauldron, which can move now, still can't be hurt and can give units with 18" a 5+ Ward amongst other things.
Corsairs can get hand bows, which count as an additional hand weapon in close combat, or shields, for a 3+ save
Repeater Crossbows and Bolt Throwers stay the same as they are
The Hydra is nasty now, along with the Manticore having Killing Blow

Ich frag mich wie die die das erklären wollen.

Der Mantikor ist eine Verkörperung Khaines, des Gottes des Mordens. Todesstoß ist da eigentlich schon leicht zu erklären.

Der Blutdämon ist die Verkörperung Khornes und besitzt nicht einmal Todesstoß

Aber eigentlich hab ich mich auf die Hydra bezogen.

Ähem..."nasty" bedeutet doch "böse, übel". =)
Warum sollte sie das nicht sein?? Das ist eine verdammte Hydra. Ich zumindest habe nicht erwartet dass sie nett und freundlich grüßt, bevor sie einen verspeist. Durchii - nicht Hochelfen.

Ich meinte, warum die Hydra Todesstoß besitzten sollte.
Dass sie fies und gemein sein soll stimm ich ja zu.

Also soweit mein bescheidenes Verständnis der englischen Sprache reicht bedeutet obenstehender Satz:
"Die Hydra ist jetzt übel, dazu hat der Manticor Todesstoß."
Was also nicht bedeutet, dass dir Hydra Todesstoß hat.
Aber korrigiert mich wenn ich mich irre.

Für mich sieht es so aus, dass "along with" sich auf den Todesstoß bezieht.

Ich finde vorallem den Korsaren mit zwei Handwaffe ziemlich gut gelungen. Das Charaktermodell ist aber echt besch...... . Sieht mir zu sehr nach dark Eldar aus ...

Das klingt ja weitgehend ziemlich übel - man darf gespannt sein...

Übrigens, klingt's für mich auch eher als hätten sowohl die Hydra als auch der Mantikor Todesstoß.
Wie sie das erklären wollen?
Die Hydra beißt dich tot. Einfach so. Oder verschluckt dich alser Ganzes.
(wahrscheinlich braucht sie deswegen jetzt diese riesigen Köpfe)

Klingt ja alles nicht so schlecht aber gibt es nicht noch einen Char der Kouran heisst?

Die Hydra erinnert von den Köpfen her zu sehr an die Hydra aus "Willow", zumindest meiner Meinung nach.

Kampfechsen sind toll, aber die Ritter sind zu Chaosritter-mäßig imho
