ok na endlich...jhier die Infos..
I have reserved 20 rooms at the Premier Travel Inn at Nottingham
Castle Marina, which is only about fifteen to twenty minutes walk
from GW HQ WHW, etc... and about twenty to twenty five minute's walk
(well amble really) from the Railway station and city centre bars and
resteraunts, etc...
The room rate (room only) is ?56 a night Friday and Saturday (IIRC
Sunday as well), and ?61 for all week nights. There is a resteraunt
on-site for, and a McDonalds very close if you fancy a Bacon and Egg
McMuffin for breakfast. I will also look into the possibility of
getting coffee and donuts included with the event fee at WHW.
All rooms are doubles, but 18 have a sofa bed and can be fitted as a
twin. They can also be fitted with a small child's bed and thus used
as a family room.
If you can take over your booking now then you need to ring
+8701977199 and ask for Linda Harley on a Thursday between midday and
11pm and let her know that you want to use some of the Euro GT
booking allocation. Obviously let me know when you do this so that I
can keep track of things.
We will get the full registration system set up as soon as we can,
but it will of course depend on getting the full costings from Brian,
but I think that an event fee of in the region of ?20-25 including
the evening meal on Saturday wouldn't be too unrealistic.
If you have any questions then feel free to ask, and I'll obviously
make sure to keep everyone up to date with any developments.
David.
nun mein Senf dazu. Es gibt 2 Möglichkeiten hinzukommen.
