I am preparing a report that you may find intresting...It describes warhammer in Croatia today,it will be over in 2 days(since I have an exam tommorow,I will finish it when I get sober...

Irgendwie hat es sich ausgezahlt, die bundesländer in freundschaft zu vereinen! kann mich an eine nicht allzu ferne vergangenheit erinnern, wo dem nicht so war und die leute eigentlich nur ungut zueinander waren...



Ö ist nicht das größte land und die spielgemeinschaften umfassen nicht so viele leute daß es unüberschaubar wäre...


2 Großturniere pro Jahr sollten eigentlich auf alle fälle drinnen sein um alle zu vereinen...

Und endlich hat Ost-Ö die fesseln gelöst und erklärt sich ebreit auch ein bisschen zu fahren...

I have another question about tournament. My friend who studies in Wien told me that you have qualification rounds (first two are qualification, and those who don't qualify - go home). So can anybody confirm this or is he heard wrong.
Second, we send our money today so it is about 99% that we attend OMS 2004 tournament, but I see Zweifler wrote that we must send armylists until 18 July. The thing is that someone must translate me rules about army (-2 pts. points for 3 mages etc.), and then when I know what brings me negative points, I can wrote my armylist. Anybody interested? Pliz?

Nobody goes home before Sunday evening, except it is his own wish
There is no qualification or final round. Every participant has 5 games

The other question i cannot answer, i'm no crew member
(but i'm sure they'll work something out for you)

A good Army choice can score up to 15 points.
The criteria:
Army size: 2250 Points maximum!
Not allowed:
- Appendix armies ans inofficial lists from White Dwarfs ( Southlands Skink Army is NOT an appendix army)
-Special Characters, no matter where the rules are from.
Allowed:- Albion Items
- Albion characters (Truthsayer and Dark Emissary may only be used in Dogs of War Armies!)
- Trial Lores from WD 73 (German) replace the normal rules.
- Dogs of War and Regiments of Renown only in Dogs of War armies.
- Cult of Ulric
- Kislev Allies
- Storm Of Chaos Lists (without special Characters)

Additional limitations:

a)Heros and Lords
More than two identical choices - 2 Points
More than three identical choices - 5 Points
All mages count as Mages no matter what type (i.e. Lvl 4 or lvl 2)
Battle standard bearers count as a separate choice and don?t count as their normal type (exception: Tzeench Battle Standard bearers)

All Characters that can cast a spell count as Mages (except for Khemri Princes). All Vampire Counts, Vampire Lords, Tzeench Characters and Khemri Tomb Kings count as Mages just like Warlock Engineers because the can cast Spells multiple times.

More than 33% of the points are spent on Character choices - 1 Point

More than 50% of the points are spent on Character choices - 3 Points

b) Units
All Rare slots used - 1 Point
Two identical rare Slots - 5 Points
All Special slots used - 1 Point
Three identical special slots - 5 Points
More than two identical War machines (includes Skaven Weapon Teams) - 3 Points for every additional one.

c) Miscellaneous Penalties
Steam Tank - 2 Points
Greater Daemons - 2 Points
Dragons - 2 Points
Terror causing mount for Character - 1 Point
d) Magic
More than 10 Power Dice (includes Base 2) - 1 Point per Power Die
(Slann 2. Generation counts as 6 Power Dice!)
Magic Items that generate dice count as the average amount they generate, bound items half of their complexity (Rounded down) Horro units count as a third of their unit strength (of the original unit size)

Khemrimagic:
High Liche Priest 5 Dice
Liche Priest 2 Dice
Tomb King 2 Dice
Tomb Prince 1 Dice
But also here the bound items count half of their complexity (i.e. the casket uses 2d6, so on average it is complexity seven. So it counts as 3 dice.

WYSIWYG:
All miniatures in your army have to be WYSIWYG.
Excluding: Weaponconfiguration (and only the weaponconfigruations!) in regiments in formation only have to be represented in the first rank, excluding command (CSM).
Bardings don?t have to be represented.

Charakters have to represent their weapons and armour correctly, excluding magic items.

Additional horses, wolfs, crewmembers and whatever, have to be represented with charriots.

Alternative miniatures from other manufacturers like, Rackham, Reaper, Foundry,?etc.etc. are allowed if they fulfil WYSIWYG as described above.

Conversions are allowed, but: A conversion has to be built out of the core miniature. So a Iron Breaker never can be a Choosen Chaos Warrior, a Great Eagle can never be a Screamer and so on.

BUT: the combination of different parts and green stuff counts as ?modelling own miniatures? and is also allowed.

A miniature that does not fulfil WYSIWYG as described above is not allowed to be played on the ÖMS and has to be removed from the table, this will be supervised and executed by the crew.

Sicher das die 10 EW ohne Grundpool sind? Was haette das fuer einen Sinn? Dann kann man ja 12 Wuerfel ohne Abzug spielen. Das ist doch keine Einschraenkung.

In der Ausschreibung steht zwar "10 (plus Grundpool)", mir kommts aber auch merkwürdig vor, 12 EW ohne Abzüge...... werde das noch im internen abklären.




Painting :

There are objective and subjective criteria.

To get points in the objective part, 100% of the miniatures have to be on the same standard. So if 69 of 70 bases are painted and flocked you wont get a point for example.

The subjective part respects the artistic factor´s of miniature painting.

Each miniature has to be painted in at least 3 colours excluding base.
There will be a jury which rates your army and gives you 0-20 points.

Objective points:

*preparation of the miniature
clean glued, well trimmed +1 pt.

*Basedesign
painted and flocked +1pt., inventive basedesign additional +1pt.

*Details
Each detail (daggers, teath, amulets, thongs and so on and so on?) on the miniatures is worked out. +1 pt.

*Shading and highlighting
If all miniatures are shaded and highlighted +1 pt, if there are used more colours for that, you get extra +1pt.

*clean painting
if you have a clean painting style 0-2 pts.

*if the army has a continious style +1pt.

*if the charakters in your army attract attention +1pt.(size does not mather )



Subjective criteria will follow soon.

ich habe offiziell nix zu sagen aber es sind denkeich sicher 10 E-Würfel inkl. Grundpool......alles andere wäre total unlogisch..
